The most important part of our plan is to provide the best possible Boy Scout program backed with a selection of leaders who stand firm in making ethical and moral decisions which represent the values of Boy Scouts of America and our sponsoring organization (KUMC).  Unit leaders play a vital role in shaping the lives of youth and must serve as the best possible role models for youth whether on scout outings or away from scouts in their personal lives.
